Standard 90 Day Parts Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a ROE (Recycled Original Equipment) or Remanufactured product from Aesop Auto Parts! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, if you have any issues or questions, please reach out to your local Aesop representative.

All ROE parts purchased from Aesop Auto Parts carry a standard 90-day part-only warranty (“Warranty”). The Warranty does not cover labor. We do offer extended and labor warranty options. Please contact your local Aesop representative for details and information. The Warranty is only valid for like parts. Please contact your local Aesop representative immediately when a Warranty claim needs to be filed. The purchase of any replacement part prior to providing Aesop Auto Parts the opportunity to provide a replacement will forfeit any claim to any refund under the Warranty. The term of the Warranty starts on the purchase date. Improper installation voids the Warranty and any and all remedies thereunder. No Warranty claims will be paid without proof of proper reprogramming of electrical components as required by the manufacturer. In no event will Aesop Auto Parts be responsible for incidental, consequential damages, special or other similar damages, including, but not limited to, damage to or the cost of related parts, loss of income, travel expenses, loss of transportation, towing fees, diagnostics, or oil and other fluid costs.
The Warranty covers engine knock, excessive smoke, excessive oil consumption (a minimum of 2 quarts per thousand miles), inadequate oil pressure, spun/turned bearings, head gaskets and cracks in heads, block or pistons. No seals or fluid leaks are covered by the Warranty. It is recommended to replace seals before installation. Bolt-on accessory parts, including but not limited to harmonic balancer, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injectors, flywheel, brackets, water pump, electrical sensors/switches, wiring harness, thermostats and other emission equipment not promised or covered under the Warranty.
Except as otherwise provided herein, the Warranty covers slippage, shifting failures and/or bearing noise. The Warranty does not cover pump breakage that results from improper installation of the torque converter. Fluid systems must be flushed with a flush machine and all fluid and filters must be replaced during installation or the Warranty is voided. All transmission control modules (TCM) must be programmed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Any TCMs that may be provided with a transmission are considered complementary and are excluded from the Warranty.
It is your responsibility to inspect and replace seals prior to installation. The Warranty does not cover seals or brake parts. For all-wheel-drive applications, all mounted tires must (1) be the same size, (2) be made by the same manufacturer, and (3) have a tread depth within 3/32 of each other tire, or the Warranty is voided.
We are proud to offer a 90-day return policy on your part; however, all parts must be in the original condition and fully assembled for a refund to be tendered. A restocking fee of 20% of the original sales price not to exceed $300 may be applicable on returned items. This fee will be waived for returns of incorrect or defective parts, in Aesop’s discretion. All returns or exchanges must be approved by your local Aesop representative. Cash payments may be refunded by company check. All check payments require 14 business days to ensure clearance and will be written only to the original purchaser. Credit and Debit cards will be refunded only to the card used for the original purchase. A $150 restocking fee applies to all cuts where the return is not the fault of Aesop Auto Parts.
All cores must be returned fully assembled and drained. All non-drained cores are subject to a $25 environmental handling fee. Gas engine cores must be complete with the block, crankshaft, pistons, camshafts, and heads. Diesel engine cores must be complete with crankshaft, pistons, camshafts, heads, oil pan, fuel delivery system including injectors, injector pump, high pressure oil pump and turbocharger, if applicable. Transmissions must be assembled and must include the torque converter. Axle Assembly cores must be complete with housing, gear or carrier assembly and axle shafts. All freight costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
